For us, media viability is not just about financial issues, but takes in a whole series of internal and external challenges media initiatives face. Our goal is to come up with practical solutions that are sensitive to the economic and political situation in the region. We know the MENA region because we are media insiders from the region – with strong links to the rest of the world.
The process with our clients often starts with an assessment of their needs. Our aim is to work with our clients to help them analyse their own situation clearly. Then they can recognise their needs and elaborate solutions. The solutions could be consultancy services, technical assistance or something altogether entirely. Our solutions are tailor made for our clients and sensitive to the contexts in which they work. Our way of working is strongly influenced by user centred methodologies such as design thinking.
